IT Recruiter
Your tasks:
You screen the applications, interview the candidates and bring them together with your hiring managers.
You think about the fitting sourcing strategy and get in touch with potential candidates in the social networks.
You look for job fairs and represent MaibornWolff there.
You establish new cooperation’s with universities or maintain existing ones.
You will be responsible for the candidate journey in the office.
Your experience:
You have a completed bachelor’s degree, ideally in the field of human resource management.
You have hands-on experience with full life cycle recruiting, ideally in the IT recruiting environment.
You are experienced with interviews and sourcing strategies.
You ideally have experience with topics like job fairs or employer branding.
You speak fluent English. Ideally you speak also German or you are willing to learn it.
