Job description
- Ensure quality delivery of our service contracts
- Responsible and accountable for the quality and timely delivery of development deliverables
- Provide customer communication regarding deliverables and lead Cross Functional, Stakeholders and Status meetings
- Create scalable architecture with a focus on future needs
- Lead and coach your development team
Job requirement
- Engineering Degree – Computer Science preferred.
- More than 4 years of relevant experience with the following skills: Proven experience in design and development
- Technical knowledge and hands on experience with Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Jsp.
- Experience in using Agile Methodology
- Able to delivery services using a product development SDLC
- Strong Knowledge of Agile development principles
- Skills in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to clients and contacts
