Talent Acquisition Officer

Mission:
Perform a full cycle of recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and extending offers.
Development of a network and creation of a candidate’s portfolio.
Active participation in the recruitment meetings.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Schedule and manage the logistics of all interviews between candidates and the hiring managers.

Profile:
Having a Masters degree in Human Ressources or equivalent.
Excellent command of the English & French language.
Having an experience in a similar position in the IT field would be a plus.
Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
A good power of conviction and dynamism.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
