Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities
Assist customers stakeholders in coordinating and preparing marketing and promotional materials, both print and digital formats
Coordinate delivery of content and copywriting; perform proofreading and editing of content copy
Perform internal and external market research as directed
Update and maintain project database and marketing updates for the organization assigned too.
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing e-mail marketing campaigns
Contribute to the development, curation, and aggregation of content for company website and social media channels
Perform regular digital marketing updates including website assets, social media channels
Develop and maintain content marketing and according to a clearly defined timeline to track all communications
Support sales team with marketing needs in line with company style guide making sure efforts are aligned with company goals
Maintain and update email lists, shared databases, PR and Marketing archives
Report performance of marketing campaigns and assess with regards to the goals
Manage and Monitor website brand and address issues/ updates and recommend improvements.
Manage and Monitor SEO and SEM activities and perform optimization
Conduct customer interview to ensure satisfaction and follow up
Identify and address the business requirements of customers
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, well-organized and able to deal efficiently under pressure and multi-task while being personable.
A deep understanding of and passion for Marketing and Digital, ability to report KPIs to management
Proficient with Google marketing tools (Analytics, Adwords, Adsense,…)
Familiar with WordPress and having a good level of web development is preferred
Familiar with design tools: Photoshop and Illustrator are preferred
Fluent in English and French
Must have excellent writing and proofreading skills
Content Marketing, PR and SEO knowledge a plus
1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (PR, advertising, marketing, communications, etc), or equivalent combination of education plus work expérience
