Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers over the phone
- Registering new clients and conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Job requirements :
Your profile :
- You are motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills and have a sense of service
- Perfect spoken and written English
- Experience in a call center and/or telesales is not required
- Basic computer literacy

- A CDI contract upon hiring and paid training, this applies for full time positions only.
- A base salary of 700 TND net initially. After the first 3 months are completed, the base salary goes up to 900 TND net.
