Mission

The Junior Human Resources Support Specialist (JHRS) is responsible for assisting HR team in current administrative and recruitment tasks. He/she is responsible for preparing employee files, entering and updating HR payroll data, answering telephones and emails. Additionally, JHRS is responsible for daily HR administrative tasks, including copying and scanning documents

Functional responsibilities

General

 

  • Support the HR department in administrative tasks, including: preparing and processing the employee files (in line with the established procedure), copying and scanning of documents, preparing certificates, etc.
  • Support recruitment process, including: preparing announcements, keeping and updating the candidate database, arranging appointments, sending pre-training materials, confirming the availability of candidates, etc.
  • Assist HR Specialist(s) with processing and controlling possible attendance incidents (i.e. sick leave, absence, holidays), helping with setting up accounts on HR platforms and tools).
  • Help with organizing internal events.
  • Execute any other requests when occur.
  • Part-time support role as “Match Maker” in recruiting activities (i.e. support in conducting interviews at candidate days).

Exigences de l’emploi

Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge

  • Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Human Resource Management, Sociology, Psychology or similar) or equivalent higher qualification.
  • Specific training in Human Resources is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law is an advantage.

Information technology

  • Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): Intermediate level.
  • Google Apps: Intermediate level.
  • E-mail Communication: Intermediate level.
  • Previous experience in HR Information System (IS) solutions is an advantage.

Languages knowledge

  • FR: C Level
  • ENG: B Level
