Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities
· Creating, leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceeding planned profitability and efficiency
· Create and share monthly reports (e.g. P&L, HR reports)
· Stok control and taking measures to reduce wastage
· Initiating, developing and maintaining partnerships with suppliers/vendors
· Ensuring Uniform and grooming standards are in place
· Providing the necessary information with the all departments and coordinating a good communication system in between the service personnel and the kitchen personnel
· Assess business needs and develop attainable goals for revenue generation
· Implementing health and safety regulations and ensuring all adhered to
· Streamline business processes and reduce costs
· Following the restaurant opening / closing procedures
· Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of the payments and reports
· Examine marketing strategies and create innovative and effective strategies and participating with all the marketing and media activities
· Taking necessary precautions for the restaurant security
· Providing hygiene and cleaning standards and procedures, ensuring all have been followed and making necessary checks
· Dealing and solving with guest requests and complaints and taking necessary measures to avoid future complaints
· Implementing all legal requirements
· Developing and maintaining productive client relationships
