Manager
General duties and Responsibilities:
The Medical Claims – Manager is accountable for managing, leading and developing a customer-focused and agile team. Responsible for ensuring customers receive professional, attentive care in a timely manner and for proactively identifying, developing and executing customer focused solutions to enhance the customer experience on a day to day operations and contribute to the digital transformation of the company, also responsible of medical decisions automation follow up and coordination with Operations Support team in UAE.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s of Medicine .
-5+ years medical practical experience (reputable insurance provider, broker or a TPA experience a plus).
-Project/Team Management experience
-Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
-Physically fit to carry out duties.
-Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
-Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
