Your Job description:

• Implement Lean Culture in the plant
• Lead and moderate continuous improvement projects
• Participate in all workshops in the plant (5S, TPM, Zero defect …)
• Contribute in the assigned improvement tasks

Your Profile:

• Diploma in industrial engineering
• A good knowledge of French & English (German will be appreciated).
• At least 3-5 years significant experience in similar position in automotive industry and an experience in leading continuous improvement projects
• Specialized Knowledge: lean manufacturing, 5s, 6Sigma, project management, leadership.
