Description du poste 
As HR Services Specialist, you will work with internal & external customers, business leaders and will be responsible of the timely delivery of a high quality customer service, in line with Honeywell processes and policies. This position is focussed on the North-Africa region and will closely co-operate with the local HRS team and all related department and Service Hubs.

Responsabilities:
On-boarding administration (including, but not limited to, contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements) and contract modifications
Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing
Time and attendance systems ( 50% of the time)
Manage the medical, benefits, exit and leave administration
Check HRS providers’ invoices and necessary administration
Edit reports related to HRS Operations
Support HRS Operations related audits
Manage HRS services requests in Salesforce according to SLA
Answer to employees queries and direct them to the right channel if needed
Manage local or regional projects
Prepare, maintain and improve processes, including process maps, SOP, SLC
Manage records: file and data retrieval
Manage process integration if required

Requirements:
Great organization skills are a must
Proven track record in continuous improvement and project/process management
Previous experience in Human Resources
Good team spirit
English fluency
