Market Unit Lead United States Of America
As the Market Unit for the United States of America, it will be your responsibility to support and mentor the teams working within the various U.S. market departments as they work to achieve the objectives in line with FOODOMARKET’s overarching business plan.
The following departments
Customer prospecting and sales are the primary goals of the sales department, which consists of a group of sedentary salespeople.
A team of client account managers whose main duty it is to keep tabs on supplementary sales and customer loyalty.
Department of business development
The identiﬁcation and integration of new suppliers is its primary duty.
Your daily tasks will be the following
Coaching and motivating teams
Assist teams daily as they work toward qualitative and quantitative objectives that are set weekly, quarterly, and Tracking the team’s progress and maintaining the database Establishing the proper relationship can help you attract additional suppliers while assuring the onboarding of new ones and tracking their sales.
Consumer interaction and internal services Make sure the various market sections are commercially Establish a positive rapport with your Consider the market’s beneﬁts and drawbacks, and plan for any necessary
We’re looking for someone with
A degree in commerce, international commerce, or a related ﬁeld of study (bac+3/5) A minimum of ﬁve years of coaching and team management experience The capacity to inﬂuence and lead diligence, dynamism, and curiosity Possess a good capacity for problem-solving Analytical thinking
The technical ability
Absolute ﬂuency in the English language
Organizational and management skills
Computer proﬁciency (Excel, Microsoft Oﬃce, KPI system)
