Activation Agent

Key Responsibilities
• To assist customers in setting up their local business information (prices, seasons, special offers, descriptions and images, etc), accelerating customer on-boarding and engagement by sharing best practices on the eviivo suite in order to drive maximum value and success for our customers.
• To provide training and advice to customers in the use of the product (how to enter bookings, how to set up business data, how to sell rooms online, how to optimise website, etc)
• To provide customer support advice remotely through use of phone and web
• To resolve technical implementation issues where possible, otherwise escalate to technical support
• To take ownership of each customer from initial training to online account activation
• To liaise with customers to ensure customer web sites can take bookings as applicable, and that all distribution channels are activated (and set up the eviivo Instant Web product if applicable)
• To ensure issues are resolved swiftly and professionally
• To work closely with the Product, Customer Support and Technical teams
• To work with other team members to develop new training methodologies, additional client resources and documentation to support client training (e.g. help guides/pages, email templates etc.)
• To provide accurate reporting for all client contact and training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Available to visit customer accommodation as and when required for onsite training.

Professional and Personal Requirements:
• Strong level of both written and spoken German & French
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Travel & Tourism or equivalent
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/ Website editing.
• Experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress), SEO, Google Analytics is a plus
• Sound experience of customer service, customer success, product support/advice, technical helpdesk, technical product sales, training or hospitality experience.
• Proficient with common office programmes (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook)
• Good communication skills, verbal (with clear speaking voice) and written (good grammar)
• Polite and professional with the ability to keep calm under pressure
• Excellent project management, time management and organisational skills
• Clear thinker and attention to detail
• Commercially minded and self-motivated to meet targets
