Project Manager
Mission:
– Execution on client engagement – Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements.
– Ensure that deliverables are of high quality.
– Understanding business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
– Manage engagements and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development
– Develop strong working relationships with clients (internally and externally)
Qualifications
– Able to anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
– Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
– Having experience with proposal and RFP experience
– Able to meet deadlines and work objectives even when working on a tight schedule
– Experience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements
– Proven analytical skills and the ability to tackle problems systematically to determine causes and produce effective solutions
– Effective team leader skills, capable of assuming different responsibilities and concerned with developing others
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
– Able to work under pressure
– Willingness to travel
Profil:
– 3 to 5 Years of Relevant experience in TMT field within a consulting firm
– Having a Computer networks and telecommunications engineering degree (INSAT or similar engineering school)
– Having an experience with engagements in an international context
– Having strong knowledge of IT (Systems / Networks) and Telecom Architecture fields
– Experience with Project Management
– Experience with Biometric and data insights will be an asset
