Monitoring, Evaluation et Learning Specialist
Chemonics International recrute un(e) Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Specialist Chemonics International seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Specialist for the newly awarded USAID Tunisia Jobs, Opportunities, and Business Success (Tunisia JOBS).
The purpose of Tunisia JOBS is to create jobs in Tunisia by providing targeted technical assistance to individual firms, in order to increase that firm’s competitiveness, enabling it to expand and hire additional workers.
At the same time, in support of the goal of job creation, the project will assist Tunisia with workforce development and job placement as well as identify and advocate for improvements in Tunisia’s business enabling environment.
The Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design and management of the project’s monitoring and evaluation systems for measuring progress of the project’s components.

Responsibilities include:
Support the design and implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation system;
Organize and collect data using appropriate tools and procedures;
Manage the ArcGIS platform and ensures training of staff on the Survey 123 mobile data collection forms;
Compile and analyze relevant data on project indicators for contractual reports;
Perform data quality and integrity assessments, including periodically conducting field visits and spot checks to verify data; Coordinate with other monitoring and evaluation team members and technical team members as needed;
Regularly communicate progress against targets to project staff;
Support the achievement of overall project goals as required to ensure project performance.
Critères d’éligibilité
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience working with USAID or other international donors preferred.
Experience working with mobile data collection tools (preferably ArcGIS) Excellent verbal and written and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
Fluency in Arabic and French, proficient in English
