Business Development Manager – Canada
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic sales professional to seek and develop new opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for all outbound activity associated with pipeline generation; including identifying, qualifying and converting target prospects into pipeline opportunities.
Your time will be divided between the outbound prospecting and nurturing the prospects to move them down the funnel.
We are looking for someone with a hunter mentality who is not afraid to reach to large organization’s executives to solve their problems with our services using cutting edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to bring in sales quickly in the short run but at the same time be able to think strategically and grow our sales department by hiring more team members in the long run.

Skills & Qualifications
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Verifiable sales track record
A strong drive to learn technology
B2B sales experience.
Ability to build a scalable sales organization.
Technical knowledge about mobile and web application development is not required
Responsibilities
Research, create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
Prospecting into Canadian and US organizations via cold calling, social networking, and e-mail by utilizing information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
Meet and exceed sell targets.
Identify and develop new partnerships with sales potential.
Be prepared to build up a sales organization and recruit sales representatives.
