Zic International Consulting is looking for 30 store sellers, 3 store managers and 1 store division manager for the opening of new clothing stores in Libya.

Nationality: Libyan.

Gender: male / female.

Store sellers:

Required profile:

– Having excellent interpersonal skills.

– Reception of customers, advice on sale.

– Very good organization.

– Ability to work in a team.

– Having a good level of professional English.

– Having experience in the sector.

Store managers:

Required profile:

– Management training or Communication training.

– Know how to lead.

–  Animation and team mobilization.

– Demonstrate managerial courage.

– Show leadership and inspire others.

– Be positive, enthusiastic and cultivate the pleasure of working in a team.

– Very good level of communication in English.

– Perfect English proficiency.

– Computer skills.

– Having an experience of more than 10 years in the field.

Store division manager:

Required profile:

– Higher education in management training or Communication training with an experience of at least     10 years in the field.

– Initiative.

– Analytical mind.

– Organization and optimization of resources.

– Good communication skills.

– Problem resolution.

– Define and formulate strategies.

– Implement management tools and methods.

– Perfect English proficiency.

– Computer skills.
