Business Intelligence Engineer
Mission:
– Manage technical incidents.
– Monitor and manage the incidents.
– Ensure quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents.
– Diagnose and / or resolve technical customer problems level 2 and 3.
– You must ensure preventive maintenance and customer relationship.
– Provide knowledge sharing.
Profile:
– Computer Engineering Degree
– A maximum of one year of experience.
– Fluency in business English is required.
– A first experience in development OO will be highly appreciated.
