DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
– Degree in a relevant field
– Experience with ministries or government agencies
– Private sector experience
– Experience working with international or local donors and organizations preferred
– Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic and French
