-Confirmed skills in implementing and managing IT and financial market’s training programs within an in-house learning center: · Analyses the management and the employees’ training needs related to hard and soft skills. · Choose and develop curriculum for new recruits , Knowledge capitalization or skills development. · Elaborate pedagogical training supports (document, wiki, tutorials..). · Provide live or web training. · Elaborate training reporting etc.
– Coordinating internal and external training sessions: Select training provider, prepare training room, Manage trainees and trainers, collect and analyze Feedbacks etc. · Exceptional pedagogical and eductional skills. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Flexibility, engagement and client service-oriented · Very good English and excellent French. Other languages are appreciated. · At least 2 years of experience in similar field, within IT and/or financial market’s sector (Securities & Asset Management, Life Insurance, actuarial services, etc.). · Master’s degree in Training Engineering or Human resources managing.
