For our plant in Tunisia we are looking for Support Specialist SharePoint application
The holder of this position will be responsible for end user support for Enterprise Workplace systems based on MS SharePoint platform.
•Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for user requests in context of the Enterprise SharePoint platform
•Fulfill services according to operational manual and Service catalog definitions and maintain documentation continuously
•Perform administrative tasks related to SharePoint Site management
•Developing web based trainings and documentations for SharePoint
•Contribute to the Key users community to share findings and best practices
•Support end users for proper utilization of Content- and Document Management.
•Realize customizations for list view rendering, cockpit views with content search, search result optimizations etc.
•Design workflows for document approvals, format transformations, interfacing with external systems etc.
•Develop simple SharePoint applications based on given requirement specifications.
Exigences de l’emploi:
Required Education and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
•2+ years related experience.
•Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Advanced knowledge and experience with MS SharePoint 2013
•Content and Document Management
•Task- and Workflow Management
•Farm- and Site (collection) management
•Familiarity with Enterprise 2.0 concepts and systems.
•Besides SharePoint skills are knowledge of DocAve and Nintex beneficial
•Software engineering skills on entry level, including the use of MS C#, .net, PHP, or other object oriented and/or scripting programming languages
•Ability to travel internationally.
•Ability to collaborate with worldwide teams.
•Very good English skills in speaking and writing are required
•German language skills in speaking and writing are desirable
