MANWORK is recruiting for one of its customers, Quality Engineer
Exigences de l’emploi
– Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 regulations and internal quality standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions as necessary.
– Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates, scrap rates, and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor supplier and client performance to ensure that all requirements and standards are met.
– Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to optimize processes and reduce waste.
– Work with the R&D team to develop and implement quality control procedures for new products and services.
– Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
– Provide training and support to staff and management on quality-related matters.
– Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
– Collaborate with customers to resolve any quality-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Profils:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
– 1-2 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the industrial field
– Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 regulations and quality management principles
– Experience with KPI analysis, OTD analysis, and supplier and client performance monitoring
– Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with knowledge of Italian being a plus
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
