Sales Manager in the Architecture
Engineering and Construction sectors – Tunisia based
We are currently hiring aggressively and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive that can help us meet our growth targets for the Tunisian market for 2016 and beyond.
Ideate Technologies is offering great salary packages and lucrative commissions, and the successful candidate will be based in Tunis, Tunisia.
Salary: monthly (market related plus attractive commissions, paid in local currency)
Profile of Applicant:
We are looking for a dynamic AEC Sales Manager that
· Develops and closes a sales pipeline selling Autodesk BIM solutions into provincial and national government, as well as all architectural, engineering and construction firms.
· Is a sales ‘hunter’ that will develop new business, and who is not primarily an account manager ‘farming’ established accounts.
· Provide sales support on selected accounts where support has been identified and requested.
· Partner with Licence Compliance Manager to identify and close opportunities.
· Regularly meet and exceed sales targets provided to them.
The candidate must have the following experience and qualifications
· A business focused degree.
· A proven sales track record in new business development, where your targets have consistently been exceeded.
· 5 years sales experience, selling into architecture, engineering and construction; in private or public sectors.
· Experience and understanding of the architecture, engineering and construction industries, specifically would be an advantage.
· Proficiency with a sales methodology that you utilize in your sales – PSS, TAS, Value Selling would be an advantage.

· Excellent relationship and sales skills – ability to interface with multiple levels within · customer’s organization, lead identification and follow-up, ability to present, negotiate · · and close a sale
· Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with an emphasis on organizational awareness and understanding
· Fluency in French, English and Arabic
