Office management (e.g. property management and maintenance, purchasing and distribution of office facilities and stationeries)
Purchasing and payment assistance (e.g. supplier management, invoice processing )
Undertaking a variety of other administrative and organizational tasks relating to the current needs within the office
Available when needed
Very Organized and professional

Exigences de l’emploi:

Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
Education : At leastThree(04) years university studies: Major in : English or Economy or Management (Required)
Experience : at least one (02) year at a similar position in an international company (Required)
Good English & French proficiency (written, spoken) (Required)
Good interpersonal skills (Required)
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) (Required)
Quick-witted, good attitude, motivated
