Human Resources Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Management: Align human resource development with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Personnel Administration: Manage all aspects of personnel administration efficiently.
• Employment Compliance: Monitor employment conditions and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and standards.
• Career Development: Manage employee career paths, including promotions, transfers, continuous training, etc.
• Relations Management: Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and professional organizations.
• Workplace Environment: Foster a positive and productive social environment within the organization.

Profile:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in employment law.
• Proficient in interviewing and recruitment techniques.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with various computer tools and software.
• Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
