Human Resources Department Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management: Align human resource development with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Personnel Administration: Manage all aspects of personnel administration efficiently.
- Employment Compliance: Monitor employment conditions and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and standards.
- Career Development: Manage employee career paths, including promotions, transfers, continuous training, etc.
- Relations Management: Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and professional organizations.
- Workplace Environment: Foster a positive and productive social environment within the organization.
Profile:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in employment law.
- Proficient in interviewing and recruitment techniques.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with various computer tools and software.
- Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
