Aramex, a leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, is looking for: Customer service (F)

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

– Has intimate knowledge of customer needs and the ability to provide solutions.

– Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

– Interact regularly with customers to understand and respond to their needs and get feedback on the service provided.

– Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with customers and frontline, to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementing those improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor Degree in English / Business / Marketing or related fields

– English / French proficiency

– Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

Competencies and skills:

– Customer Service Orientation, relationship

– Building, Teamwork

– Communication and Interpersonal Skills

– Ability to manage difficult or angry customers

– Problem solving skills

– Business writing skills (responses to customers, procedures, standards…etc )
